Hi! I’m Alexia.
It took me surviving a heart attack for me to finally love my body. This body literally had to save my life for me to show it some kindness.
I never really liked my body because of my weight. I’ve been heavier when I couch-surfed and lived on fast food. I’ve been lighter when I taught fitness classes and dieted. I earned lifetime pins from WW 3 times by the time I was 28… and regained the weight every time.
Now, I’m a dietitian and health coach who believes health is more important than weight and that confidence and self-love doesn’t come from the number on the scale.
My practice, Keeping Healthy Simple Club, helps people stop struggling with healthy living so they can be happy while they get healthy. People still come to me for weight loss and many of my clients find their weight changes with less frustration when they focus on their health and mindset instead of their body size.

Love Yourself Healthy is KHSC’s 13-session coaching package to help you improve your health and mindset.
The Mindset Work.
This is the foundation of this program because you cannot hate yourself healthy. Undereating, overexercising, and being mean to yourself is never going to be a lasting plan. Instead your coach guides you in shifting your mindset to:
- Being positive about yourself instead of negative
- Adding things instead of taking them away
- Taking smaller, simpler steps instead of changing everything overnight
- Trusting your body and intuition instead of some cookie-cutter plan
The Healthy Lifestyle Work.
This is built on the foundation of the mindset work and is personalized to you, your health habits, your concerns, and your wellness goals. We help people with all things related to heart health. Your lifestyle habits can:
Reduce risk for heart health including improving blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure
- Manage weight without restrictive dieting to create a peaceful relationship with food through a non-diet approach or using macros to fuel your body
- Improve energy levels and promote more restful sleep
- Build habits that promote heart health: food, activity, stress management, gratitude, and connection.
