I’ve been a macro counter since 2015, so I know how difficult it can be to meet, or heck, sometimes even to track your macros. Body composition and weight goals have been a struggle for me since my teens. I’ve been heavier. I’ve been lighter. My weight will likely change again, as will yours.

I’ve counted food in lots of different ways over the years. I have found my peace with food by combining honoring my hunger with counting my macros. It really can work this way. It doesn’t have to be just one or the other.

Now I’m a licensed dietitian nutritionist. I spent 4 years studying food at university. I’ve coached people around food, health, and weight for over 10 years. Getting to know food, really KNOW food, through this specialized education is how I can help make you a macro pro too.

This is NOT for you if you are looking for a restrictive dieting plan. This program is focused on eating to fuel your body and boost your energy, so you can reach your goals for the long-term. We don’t believe in starving your body for short-term weight loss.

This is NOT for you if you are looking for a quick fix. Getting your macros “right,” takes time. You need pay attention to how your body, mind, and energy respond then adjust your targets. This is how you will find the best macro targets for you. 

The DIY Course and the Live Group Program are NOT for you if you want someone to set your macros for you. You will get information so you can set your macros on your own. Our dietitian can set your macros (in some states depending on nutrition licensing laws) when you apply for Coaching Program.
