Hi, I’m Alexia.

I know how difficult it can be to meet, or sometimes even track your macros. Body composition and weight goals have been a struggle for me since my teens. I’ve counted food in lots of different ways over the years.

Now I’m a licensed dietitian nutritionist. I spent 4 years studying food at university. I’ve coached people around food, health, and weight for over 10 years. And I have been counting macros since 2015.

Step 2: Meet Your Macros (3 sessions).

Now that you have the basics, it’s time to meet the macros.

One by one, take a deep dive into each macro – protein, carbs, and fats – to learn their role in your body, how they can help or hurt your goals, and find out which foods are included in each macro group. #iifym

Start building your mastery by focusing on one macro target at a time.

Step 3: Manipulate Your Macros (1 session).

True mastery comes from being able to chose the right foods to meet all your targets.
